Something broke
Tell me what you were doing and what happened instead. If a letter seems stuck, mention how far it had walked and whether step access is on — that is almost always where the answer is.
Something is missing
Ideas are welcome, especially the ones that make the app do less. Milepost is meant to stay small: one letter, one road, no feed.
About a purchase
Waystation Pro is sold through the App Store, so Apple holds the billing. To cancel a subscription, open Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions. Refunds are requested from Apple, not from me — I can't issue one and never see your payment details. Anything else about Pro, write to me and I'll help.
What I can't do
I can't recover a letter from a lost or reset device. Nothing is stored on a server, which is what keeps your letters private — and also means there is no copy to restore from.
